Jurassic Park was released in 1993 and where my filmmaking passion was born. I celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Jurassic Park release by travelling to the original filming locations on the Hawaiian islands of Oahu and Kauai. I have created a series documenting this journey and my passion for the film.

Jurassic Park 30 Years in the Making: Episode One

In this episode we head deep into the Kauai jungle to find the filming locations for the Jurassic Park Gates and the T-rex Paddock. Armed with my 30 year old Jurassic Park cinema ticket and 35mm cutting from the original film we set out on one of the greatest adventures of my life.

Jurassic Park 30 Years in the Making: Episode One

In this episode we fly via Helicopter to the famous Manawaiopuna Falls aka Jurassic Falls. The epic waterfalls were used as a filming location in Jurassic Park (1993). We were also lucky enough to see other Jurassic Park filing locations from the air, something that is not usually part of the tour.
